Admission and registration
Information on admission and registration for university courses at the National Centre for Knowledge on Men's Violence Against Women, NCK.
For admitted students
You must register for the course you are admitted to. After you have activated your student account the second step is to register for your course in Ladok för Studenter.
When do I register?
The registration is open between 4 August until 25 August for courses in the first period and between 27 October until 3 November for courses that starts in the second period.
If you are conditionally admitted
If you have not quite completed the courses required for admission, you can be conditionally admitted to our advanced courses.
You must prove that you meet the prerequisites before the course starts. Check what applies to your particular course and contact utbildning@nck.uu.se by the last day of registration to keep your place.
On the waiting list
If you are on a waiting list, you have to be offered a place before you can register. The course administrator will contact you if you can be offered a place.
We will start to contact those on the waiting list a week before the course start. You must reply to the email within 48 hours to keep your place.
Make sure that your contact information at your account at universityadmissions.se is correct. Keep an eye on your spam mail folder in case important messages have ended up there.
Studium (Canvas)
Studium is Uppsala University's learning platform. Studium is where you access course materials and communicate with your instructor and classmates.
You will see your registrations in Studium approximately one day after you have registered for your course.
You will find more information in the welcome letter before the course starts.
