2025 Claude Ake Memorial lecture: Peacemaking and Healing Strategies: Chronicling Stories of Kindness and Justice Work

You are all invited to attend the 2025 Claude Ake Memorial Lecture: Peacemaking and Healing Strategies: Chronicling Stories of Kindness and Justice Work on Dec 2.

It will be held by this year's Claude Ake Chair, Professor Akosua Adomako Ampofo, Professor of African and Gender Studies, and a former Director of the Institute of African Studies and the Centre for Gender Studies at the University of Ghana.

Date & Time: Tuesday, 2 December 2025, 15.15- 17.00 (CET)

Location: The Claude Ake Memorial Lecture will be held both in person at the main building of Uppsala University and online via Zoom.
