Registration

If you want to enroll in courses or programme offered by the Department of Women’s and Children’s Health you need to register via Ladok. In Ladok you will find the time period for registrations. You must register during the given time period if you want to keep your study place.

See below for specific registration information for courses and programme.

If you are a new student you must first activate your student account.

Admitted with conditions

Students admitted with a condition cannot register and must contact the department to confirm intention to register and show that they have fulfilled the condition by the course start date to get registered

Reserves, on waiting list

Wait-listed students cannot register online. They will be contacted by the department via email if we can offer a place on the course.

Global Health 1, 3PE145:

Registration for admitted students: to be registered to the Master's Programme in Global Health and the first course Global Health 1 (course code 3PE145), please send an email including your full name and birth date (year-month-day) to global.health.education-kbh@uu.se. Please submit your registration request as soon as possible, but no later than August 13th.

Subject line: Registration to Global Health 1.

The registration will be carried out by the course administration before the autumn semester starts.

Global Health 3, 3PE147:

Registration to the third semester on the Master’s Programme in Global Health, the autumn semester 2025 and the course Global Health 3 (3PE147) - 30 credits, will be conducted through self-registration in the student records system Ladok. The registration period will be open from July 15th to August 28th.

Migration, Health and Ethics in a Globalised World, 5 credits:

To secure your place in the course, please ensure that you complete self-registration in Ladok before August 24th. If you are new to Uppsala University, start by activating your student account. Once your student account is active, you can register yourself for the course in Ladok. If you encounter any issues with self-registration, please contact global.health.education-kbh@uu.se for assistance.

Admitted student who wants to register to the Master’s Programme in Implementation, Transformative Learning and Sustainability and the courses Planetary Health 3BO012 and Power, Equity and Transformation 3BO006 (at half speed studies at the programme, only registration to Planetary Health is possible), please do it in Ladok, during the period July 25 till August 10. You must register during the given time period if you want to keep your study place.

Please note, you will lose your spot if you do not register to the Planetary Health/Power, Equity and Transformation course on time. If you are a new student, you must first activate your student account to register yourself.

Conditionally admitted students

If you are conditionally admitted, it means that you were not eligible when you applied for the programme (AV, VI) or that you need to pay the tuition fee (SV). You need to fulfil the programme requirements and/or pay the tuition fee before you can be registered.

You fulfill the requirement by:

  • AV, VI - Uploading your degree diploma and complete transcription to your University Admission account, on universityadmissions.se, as soon as possible but no later than 08:00 CET 1 September.
  • AV, VI - Sending an email to antagning@uu.se and education-swedesd@uu.se and state that you have uploaded the documents, no later than 08:00 CET 1 September. Remember to include your name and what programme you are admitted to.
  • SV - Paying the tuition fee according to the information Fee Master has communicated. If you have questions regarding tuition fees - please contact feemaster@uu.se.
  • SV - Sending an email to education-swedesd@uu.se and state that you have paid. Remember to include your name and what programme you are admitted to.

Reserves, on waiting list

Wait-listed students cannot register online. They will be contacted by the department via email August 11-29 if we can offer a spot on the course. The reply has to come within 24 hours if the student wants to keep their spot. Please monitor your Spam folder.
