At Uppsala University, there are many courses at basic and advanced levels that focus on African contexts and countries, either as area studies or as thematic studies drawing on the Africa research. In particular, Uppsala University researchers working in Africa or on African issues offer vibrant teaching environments with lots of rich experiences and unique opportunities, inlcuding the regular passage of visiting scholars.
