DASH doctoral network: Now open for new Applicants--Deadline August 19 2024
The Swedish national research school network in "Digital Humanities: Data, Culture, and Society–Critical Perspectives" is now open to new doctoral students who have begun or are starting their studies in 2024. Other doctoral students are also welcome to apply and will be notified if a space is available.
DASH targets PhD students in the humanities and social sciences studying the nexus of data, culture and society, who are interested in learning more about computational skills and digital applications with the purpose of applying this to their future thesis work.
Currently active doctoral students from across Sweden are welcome to apply, including those who are participanting in other doctoral schools.
Students participating in DASH are offered access to a range of courses from among the DASH consortium, and will join two advanced graduate workshops where they meet doctoral students from across Sweden and receive individual guidance from senior scholars and experts in the field. Students are also funded to particpate in an international summer school on digital tools and methods in Zadar, Croatia.
