Mindfulness-Based Stress Management Spring 2026
Dear Applicants to the Mindfulness course!
We have now finalized the dates, times and locations for the Mindfulness course this spring. There has been an amazing interest in the course, and very many applicants, so I am publishing this information at once with the following request:

Please look carefully at the schedule and information below, and reflect upon if you are able and willing to commit to this course over the 10 weeks of its duration this spring. I do hope to see you there!
However, if you are accepted to the course but feel the set-up is not compatible with your spring schedule, please withdraw asap so that someone else may take your place. Thank you!
Schedule Mindfulness-Based Stress Management, spring 2026
The first 8 weeks of the course (the MBSR program) will take place on Thursday afternoons at Uppsala Yogaskola, Eklundshovsvägen 1g, 752 37 Uppsala. The Silent retreat day will take place on Saturday February 28.
In the final two weeks of the course, there will be three lectures on zoom (voluntary participation), and two mandatory examining seminars (the MBSR-Reflection seminar and the Mindfulness-Research seminar), more below.
Pre-course information session

Participation is mandatory as we will be covering all scheduling, logistics etc of the course and I need you all to have this information. Thank you for scheduling this in!
The MBSR-program (weeks 1-8 of the course, mandatory participation)

Week 1: Thursday January 22 at 13:30-16:30
Week 2: Thursday January 29 at 13:30-16:00

Saturday February 28, 8:30-16:00: Silent retreat day.

Please note!
During the eight weeks of the MBSR-program above, you will be practicing guided meditations and yoga at home for 30 mins to 1 hour per day, 6 days per week. It is usually not easy, for anyone, to find this space.
So, please reflect: Are you willing to make space for this practice, over the eight weeks of this course?
