Grand Finale of the 2026 CBA Collaborative Image Registration Challenge!
During the last few months, several of us have worked together on solving some challenging tissue registration tasks. Now the time has come to wrap things up and present the outcome of this effort. In this CBA seminar, we will showcase methods and results reached, but also discuss problems and difficulties encoutered along the way, and summarize our main experiences to carry forth.
