Economist Sébastien Willis receives a research grant from IFAU for a project focusing on improving language learning for immigrants in Sweden.

The project explores how beliefs about the benefits of learning Swedish influence participation in language courses. By combining surveys and administrative data, the research aims to identify strategies to enhance enrollment and completion rates ien Swedish for Immigrants (SFI) programs. This work will support better policy-making to help immigrants succeed in Sweden.
