This page describes the terms under which services that are offered to three categories of users. Further down is a price list.

To qualify as a user at Uppsala University, you must be employed by or affiliated to the university in a research or teaching position.

Access to free-of-charge services requires application via the SUPR-portal or Uppsala University IT support, as documented elsewhere on this site.

Fee-based services incur a starting fee of 10,000 SEK. This fee is waived when the total fee per year exceeds 100,000 SEK.

Availability of fee-based services depends on capacity after allocation of free-of-charge services.

Support is included in all service at no charge.
