Finding the UHGS

The Centre for Holocaust and Genocide Research is housed at the Uppsala University Campus English Park – Centre for the Humanities, west (southwest) of Uppsala city, behind Carolina Library and the Carolina Park (The English Park). The premises, with the street address Thunbergsvägen 3D, is one floor up (Floor 1) in what is referred to as Building 4 in the Campus block overview.

On foot from the city and via Carolina Rediviva Library you reach the stairs of Entrance 3 D directly from the Carolina Park via the courtyard between Building 1 (History and Theology) and Building 2 (Art History, Philosophy, ALM, etc.). Entrance 3D is also the entrance to the The Svedberg Laboratory expedition. From the Humanities Centre's main entrance (Thunbergsvägen 3H, by the cemetery) you can reach the Centre from the inside through the passage between the Buildings 2 and 4. See link to the block overview, below.

Car parking is available behind Building 1.
