Short presentation
The theoretical part of my research has been on digital geometry. For digital images, consisting of isolated points, the normal continuous geometry is useless. Therefore digital geometry is necessary. I have also applied image analysis on many different problems were the task is to recognize or measure in images, images of everything from single proteins through milk cartoon and blood vessels to the Amazonian rain forests. I am also interested in tessellations and polyhedra.
