Short presentation
Vice-Rector, Disciplinary Domain of Science and Technology.
I am professor in solid state electronics and do research on thin film solar cells based on the materials Cu(In,Ga)Se2, CIGS, and Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4, CZTS. The aim is to understand how material properties and the interfaces in between the thin films affect the performance of the solar cell. With this understanding we can develop processes for more efficient solar cells with low cost.
