Short presentation
My research focuses on sustainable management and harvest of oceanic wildlife, focusing on the Baltic Sea and as part of the Blue food project on Gotland.
My background is in population genetics and population genomics. During my PhD, I studied genomic variation in natural salmonid fishes over evolutionary short time frames, asking what levels of change over the genome that could be found, and how such information can guide sustainable management.
