Short presentation

I am an Associate Professor in Engineering Physics with a specialization in Industrial Engineering. My research focuses on systems thinking and collaboration processes for sustainable development. I work with innovation management, design thinking, systems theory, and change management. I lead the research group LEAPFROG – Innovation Management for Societal Transition, as well as the research program Socio-Technical Goal Conflicts within the UUniCORN research initiative.

Biography

My research focus is on exploring innovation space in service organizations. I am involved in several Formas and Vinnova-funded research projects within public administrations. My background is as an organizational and communication consultant, and I have worked with global sustainability issues for over 20 years. I have a foundational education in Social Psychology from Uppsala University.

Research

My research focuses on increasing knowledge about how we can drive co-create new solutions. Many of the research projects I lead have the overarching goal of contributing to sustainable societies and are clearly linked to the fulfillment of one or more of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals within Agenda 2030.
