Short presentation

I am an Associate Professor in Engineering Physics with a specialization in Industrial Engineering. My research focuses on systems thinking and collaboration processes for innovative societal transformation. I work with innovation management, design thinking, systems theory, and change management. I lead the research group LEAPFROG – Innovation Management for Societal Transition, as well as the research program Socio-Technical Goal Conflicts within the UUniCORN research initiative.

Biography

My research focus is on exploring innovation space in service organizations. I am involved in several Formas and Vinnova-funded research projects within public administrations. My background is as an organizational and communication consultant, and I have worked with global sustainability issues for over 20 years. I have a foundational education in Social Psychology from Uppsala University.

Research

My research focuses on increasing knowledge about how we can drive innovative processes and implement new solutions within service organizations. Many of the research projects I lead have the overarching goal of contributing to sustainable societies and are clearly linked to the fulfillment of one or more of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals within Agenda 2030.
