Short presentation
Doctoral thesis in Private Law. Working title:
“Safety as a Civil Law Interest: Obligations and Responsibility in Residential Relationships.”
Admitted 2022, expected completion 2027/2028.
My research examines how crime prevention, safety and order-related considerations are increasingly incorporated into private law, particularly in residential tenancy law, and how this development affects the allocation of responsibility and legal assessments in housing relationships.
