Short presentation
Alexandra Brankova is a PhD candidate at the Department of Informatics and Media and the Institute for Russian and Eurasian Studies (IRES), Uppsala University. Alexandra has graduated with an MSc in Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies from the University of Glasgow. Her main research interests are related to digital media and methods, national identity construction, nationalism, and critical discourse studies, with a specific focus on the Russian Federation and South-East Europe.
