I work as part of the HR-group at the department, with a broad set of responsibilities ranging from administration to advice and support. Helping both employees and managers.

Supporting the programs: Air, Water and Landscape Sciences and Wind Energy.

Head of the Work environmental- and Equal Opportunities Group of the department.

Here are some of the tasks I have:

• Inform and present HR related issues on an ongoing basis, and assist the management team from an HR perspective.
• Assist in the investigation of incidents and occupational injuries, and handle cases of victimization, harassment and sexual harassment.
• Responsible for recruitment and termination of employment, including notices and warnings, and notifications to the TSN.
• Provide administrative support for the induction of new staff.
• Monitoring and advising on leave and sick leave, and assisting in rehabilitation cases.
