Biography

I am a PhD student with Quantum Material Device (QMD) group. My work explores two-dimensional (2D) materials such as graphene, MoS2, WS2, and aBN and their electrical properties. I value open communication and enjoy discussing science in easy-to-understand terms, making complex concepts accessible to everyone.

Research

I explore two-dimensional (2D) materials, focusing on their electrical properties and device applications. My research involves graphene, molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), tungsten disulfide (WS2), and amorphous boron nitride (aBN), with a particular emphasis on the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) synthesis of MoS2 and graphene/MoS2 heterostructures. I design and fabricate nanoscale devices, such as field-effect transistors, memristor, and conduct electrical measurements to assess their performance.
