Short presentation

In my dissertation, I study how social media influencers and the political field (politicians, parties, etc.) interact, collaborate, or compete with each other. I am particularly interested in how political legitimacy is constructed in the intersection of these two worlds with sometimes conflicting, but sometimes shared, cultural norms, rules, and values. I use a mixed-methods approach including ethnography, interviews, and digital methods.
