Short presentation
I am conducting doctoral research with a focus on flexibility in electricity systems. Using qualitative methods, I examine, among other things, the role of aggregators, the increase of flexibility in the energy system, and the collaboration between distribution system operators (DSOs) and flexibility service providers (FSPs).

Biography
I am conducting doctoral research with a focus on flexibility in electricity systems. Using qualitative methods, I examine, among other things, the role of aggregators, the development of local flexibility markets, and the collaboration between distribution system operators (DSOs) and flexibility service providers (FSPs). My aim is to identify barriers to increased flexibility while also highlighting opportunities for collaboration that strengthen grid adaptability and contribute to sustainable energy systems.
I am part of the Uppsala Smart Energy Research Group (USER) and work particularly with issues related to flexibility provided by commercial actors. Through in-depth interviews and case studies, I analyze how different stakeholders can cooperate to unlock and utilize flexibility in electricity networks.
