Biography

As a Postdoctoral Researcher in Natural Resources and Sustainable Development, I am part of an international collaboration with researchers in Chile and Norway exploring the generation of energy from natural and anthropogenic vibrations. Specifically, I am assessing the technology's potential for off-grid energy access and global sustainability efforts, and exploring its social implementation within rural communities in Chile’s Atacama Desert.

I received my PhD and MS from Stanford University, where I focused on assessing household climate vulnerability through behavioral decision science and remote sensing. Prior to that, I worked for a couple of years in satellite remote sensing at the European Space Agency and ETH Zürich and received my MEng from UCL.
