Short presentation
I investigate how high-Z atoms can enhance the effectiveness of radiation therapy for cancer treatment. Using synchrotron radiation, I study the fragmentation of biomolecules containing these atoms to understand the precise mechanisms of DNA damage.
Im part of the Chemical and Bio-Molecular Physics Program.
Member of the Biophysics Network.
I'm also PRISMAS PhD Fellow collaborating with MAX IV Laboratory, including a dedicated research secondment of 3 to 12 months at the facility.
