Short presentation
My research focuses on the growth of NbS₂ thin films by magnetron sputtering and their integration into memristors. Using operando HAXPES, I study the evolution of the chemical and electronic structure during device operation to reveal the mechanisms governing resistive switching and assess device integrity.
