Research

My research project concerns banks' duty to contract, i.e. their obligation to provide bank accounts. The overall purpose of the project is to investigate and analyse the extent of banks’ obligation to provide bank accounts. Topics relating to how the rights of individuals should be balanced against the obligations of credit institutions under the anti-money laundering regulation are also analysed.
