Short presentation
I'm a transnational and business historian. I specialize in the history of the energy industries in the 20th and 21st century, focusing in particular on corporate sustainability and energy transitions in the context of the Anthropocene. My work is published in leading journals and a number of anthologies and monographs. My most recent book is on the history of Equinor (formerly Statoil) since 2021, entitled National Champion. Statoil and Equinor since 2001 (Universitetsforlaget, 2022).
