Short presentation
I am the head of the Protein Drug Design group at the Department of Pharmacy. We are developing protein- and AAV- based therapies for neurodegenerative diseases. We do the whole process from design of the drug to in vivo testing. Our focus is to develop novel types of therapeutic strategies that eliminate all forms of toxic aggregates, but also to ensure optimal brain distribution of the therapeutics.
