Short presentation
Associate professor in nursing science and district nurse specialist. My thesis at Karolinska Institutet was about parental support in maternal and child health care in Sweden and it showed a need for evidence-based methods. As a researcher, I have evaluated the introduction of structured forms on children's mental health at the BVC and a manual-based parental support to parents with children 0-5 years. I teach future nurses and specialist district nurses.
Biography
This text is not available in English, therefore the Swedish version is shown.
Research
Since 2011 I have my research in the research group CHAP, Child Health and Parenting.
In CHAP I was project leader in the study Focus on Children and Parents during 2013-2017.
Since 2020, I have in my lectureship a combined position at the Academic primary care center in Nära Vård och Hälsa in Region Uppsala. I conduct studies in the child health care, but also studies concerning elderly and fall prevention and implementation.
