Short presentation
I am a professor of Health Services Research at the Department of Public Health and Caring Sciences, Uppsala University. My research is focused on the governance and organisation of healthcare and eldercare services, with a specific focus on the marketisation reforms implemented during the last three decades. Several of my research projects investigate the effects of privatisation and choice reforms, for instance with respect to quality, equity and the role of patients.
