Short presentation

I am a Professor of Health Services Research at the Department of Public Health and Caring Sciences, Uppsala University. My research focuses on the governance and organisation of healthcare and eldercare services, with particular attention to the marketisation reforms implemented over the past three decades. Several of my research projects examine the effects of privatisation and patient choice reforms, including their impact on quality, equity, and the role of patients in healthcare.
