Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor (Docent) in Law. Current research focuses primarily on elder law and the legal status of the individual. The research background is broad and includes administrative and social law with particular attention to the situation of children and older adults, as well as criminal law with an emphasis on victimology. Methodological issues, especially empirical legal studies (Law and Society), as well as legal history constitute additional areas of academic interes

Mental health and inclusion of older LGBTQ+ people (FLORIS)

The aim of the project is to design a digital tool that will make it easier for older LGBTQ+ people to talk about their life situation, their well-being and their thoughts about their health and care needs. Project leader: Anna Bratt, Linnaeus University. Participating organisations: Linnaeus University, Örebro University, Uppsala University, Växjö Municipality
