Catalogues
The first catalogues of Uppsala University's Coin Cabinet were made by director Evald Ziervogel in the middle of the 18th century. As the collections grew, new catalogues were compiled by Eric Götlin and his successor Johan Henrik Schröder, among others. With the help of these, we can follow how the collections have developed and sometimes trace individual objects back in time.
The following catalogues are digitalized in Alvin:
1753: Inventarium wid Kongl. Academiens MyntCabinetter (Evald Ziervogel)
1808: Carl Albrecht Rosenadlers donation (Erik Götlin)
1858: Local-Inventarium öfver Uppsala Kgl. Akademies Mynt-samling (Carl Säve)
1876: Granskningsberättelse (Peter Johan Lindal)
1951: Svedelius medaljdonation (Jonas Samzelius)
1979: Inventarium över mynt, medaljer och sedlar utställda i Myntkabinettet i mars 1979 (Marek Klibanski)
