Euro-BioImaging is a European research infrastructure offering open access to imaging technology, training and data services in biological and biomedical imaging. Euro-BioImaging consists of 21 nodes distributed among nine countries. The Swedish node is the National Infrastructure for Microscopy in the Life Sciences (NMI).

The Council for Research Infrastructures (RFI) funds this research infrastructure, which the Swedish Research Council considers to be in the national interest.

The contact person at Uppsala University is Carolina Wählby, Professor at the Department of Information Technology.
