Recruitment, promotion, merit

The Faculty of Languages is responsible for permanent appointments to the posts of professor, senior lecturer and assistant senior lecturer. The decision-making authority within the recruitment process is set out in the Faculty’s delegation regulations.

The head of the recruitment committee decides which cases are to be considered, taking into account, first and foremost, the departments’ recruitment needs and, secondly, the order in which applications and supporting documents are received.
