Campus Gotland Closing ceremony 31 May

We are happy to welcome you to the annual Closing ceremony at Campus Gotland! This is an opportunity for us to say thank you for attending Uppsala University and wish you the best for the future.
During the ceremony at Wisby Strand, there will be music as well as speeches by the Advisor of the Vice-Chancellor, representative from Region Gotland and Gotland Student Union Rindi, who also will announce the Teacher of the year 2024. Afterwards, we offer drinks, snacks and mingle.
When: Friday 31 May, 16:00-17:30
Where: Wisby strand
Application: In the beginning of March, we sent an invitation via email with a sign-up link to all students who are finishing their studies at the university this spring. If you don't find your invitation, please use the sign-up link here, no later than 24 May.

PS. You don't need to have received your degree in order to attend the ceremony as this is not a formal graduation ceremony. Read about degrees.
PPS. Individual study programmes may also arrange summer closing activities for their students. Naturally, students are welcome to participate in both.
Apply for a Degree
After you have completed your studies you should apply for a degree. With a degree qualification from Uppsala University you will be well-equipped for professional life on the Swedish and international arena.
