Parking for students
From August 1st, everyone has the same rate at the university's parking lots, regardless of whether you are an employee, student or visitor.

The parking meters have been removed, payment for parking can only be made via the parking company's app.
"Särskilt tillstånd" (Special permit) - only for employees
Some of the university's car parkings also require a special permit for you to park there. Cars with a valid ticket but without a permit will be fined for parking in these places. These permits can be obtained from Intendenturen.
Please note that some parking spaces at Geocentrum requires the permit. These locations are marked in blue on the map below.
For those who want to purchase a 30-day ticket or
a monthly subscription for an unreserved space
To purchase a 30-day ticket or a monthly subscription, you must still be able to identify yourself as a student at Uppsala University. A 30-day ticket automatically expires after 30 days. Monthly subscriptions for unreserved spaces renew automatically each month.
The identification process will change and, after the transition, will be handled using a digital decal. You will receive a specific code distributed through Uppsala University’s communication channels.
