The UN Climate Conference, COP 28, is underway, and Uppsala University's Sustainability Forum wants to highlight this by offering a crash course in everything related to climate negotiations. Charles Parker will talk about why we need the international climate negotiations and what is needed to make the Paris Agreement work.
Charles Parker is Professor of Political Science with publications in climate change politics, leadership and crisis management. He is based at the Department of Government at Uppsala University.
