Molekylär igenkänning i cellsignalering
Vår forskning fokuserar på interaktioner mellan korta bindningsmotiv som finns i de ostrukturerade delarna av vårt proteom och de peptidbindande proteindomäner som känner igen och binder till dem. Forskningen syftar till att ge nya kunskaper om de nätverk av protein-protein interaktioner som är verksamma i signalöverföringsvägar i friska och sjuka celler. Vår forskning är tvärvetenskaplig och kombinerar biokemiska och biofysikaliska metoder med bioinformatik och cellbaserade försök.
