CML is again offering two PhD-level courses taught by Prof. Andreas Kirschning (Leibniz University, Germany / UU) this September!
These courses are open to all interested PhD students and postdocs and will be geared towards chemists, biochemists, chemical biologists or medicinal chemists with interest in natural products.
Course 1 (Sept 1-5): Catalysis in nature (natural organocatalysts & transition metal catalysts)
Course 2 (Sept 8-12): The world of secondary metabolism - How natural products are made in nature
Both courses will run for a week, be worth 1.5 credits each and include 2-3 hours of lectures and discussions per day plus an assignment to be completed and discussed within the week. In-person participation at BMC is encouraged but there will be an option to follow the course online as well.
