Today, U-CARE kicked off the first session of a two-day workshop focused on mixed methods analysis for complex healthcare interventions. The workshop is led by U-CARE’s visiting researcher Dr. Holly Sugg, Lecturer in Nursing at the University of Exeter’s Academy of Nursing.

This hands-on and interactive workshop introduces participants to the benefits and practical applications of mixed methods research, with a focus on developing strong research questions and integrating both qualitative and quantitative data. Special attention is given to analysis techniques tailored to the complexity of healthcare interventions, including approaches for combining group- and individual-level data.
