Short presentation
Associate Professor in Food Science and Senior Lecturer, as well as Director of Studies for undergraduate and advanced level education at the Department of Food Studies.
My research primarily focuses on the role of sensory science in the development of sustainable and healthy eating habits.
I teach in the Dietitian program as well as the Food service and nutrition program, particularly in sensory aspects of food and eating, sensory analysis techniques and product development.
