Kort presentation
Docent i kostvetenskap och universitetslektor samt studierektor för utbildning på grund och avancerad nivå vid institutionen för kostvetenskap.
Min forskning fokuseras framförallt till sensorikens roll i utvecklingen av hållbara och hälsosamma matvanor.
Jag undervisar på dietistprogrammet och kostvetarprogrammet, särskilt gällande sensoriska aspekter av mat och ätande, sensorisk analysteknik och produktutveckling.
