Short presentation
I am a research assistant in the research group CIRCLE – Complex Intervention Research in Health and Care. The research group hosts the research programme U-CARE. The goal with U-CARE is to increase wellbeing among patients and close ones living with somatic disease.
Biography
I have a bachelor's degree in Biomedicine and a master's degree in Global Health from Uppsala University. During my masters education I spent two months as an intern at U-CARE in the research project INVOLVERA. During my last semester at the Global health masters programme I worked 20% as a student employee at U-CARE. After graduating, I started as a full time research assistant at U-CARE.
I mainly work in the research project INVOLVERA but also help out in the projects GuardiansCan and ParentsCan. In INVOLVERA I coordinate our work with a public advisory group with people who care for a relative with dementia. I also have several administrative tasks in the research group, including organising U-CARE's annual conference U-CARE Venue and other workshops.
