Short presentation
I hold a PhD in Social Work, with a focus on work environment and organisation in eldercare. My research interests concern eldercare and ageing, psychosocial work environment and well-being, as well as how organisation and marketisation shape working conditions in welfare services.
In education, I contribute to courses in ageing and eldercare, organisation and leadership, and research methods.
