Kort presentation
Jag är disputerad i socialt arbete med fokus på arbetsmiljö och organisering inom äldreomsorgen. Mina forskningsintressen rör äldreomsorg och åldrande, psykosociala arbetsmiljö och välbefinnande, samt hur organisering och marknadisering påverkar arbetets villkor i välfärdsverksamheter.
I undervisning medverkar jag inom områden som äldre och åldrande, organisering och ledarskap samt metodfrågor i bred bemärkelse.
