Short presentation
Dan Larhammar is professor of molecular cell biology since 1994. Pharmacist degree in 1980, PhD at the Faculty of Medicine in 1984. Member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences since 2007, presently its president. His research concerns evolution, neurobiology, endocrinology and pharmacology. He also has a strong interest in the distinction between science and pseudoscience. He has supervised 22 students to PhD degree. His research group presently has three members.
