Developing a system for large-scale hydrogen re-fueling

The main objective of the project is to develop a conceptual technical solution for a stationary refueling station dedicated to bunkering hydrogen for ships. This solution will take into account technical, economic, and safety considerations, balancing advantages and limitations. Initially, the project will conduct a comprehensive literature review and propose various technical scenarios. The feasibility of each scenario will be examined with a focus on the requirement to refuel 20 tons of hydrogen within one hour.

The project will propose a stationary hydrogen refueling system that meets technical and safety requirements while also being economically viable. The proposed solution will serve as a basis for future research applications aimed at developing and scaling up the refueling system, followed by the design and testing of a pilot refueling system.
