Ulf Landegren awarded Uppsala Municipality’s Medal of Honour
He is rewarded for his groundbreaking research, in which he has developed new methods and techniques for studying genes and proteins.

Ulf Landegren’s research has also led to the establishment of around ten companies, including Olink.
This year’s five honorary medal recipients will receive their medals during a formal ceremony at Uppsala Castle on 28 November.
