Prof. Dezecache is a Senior Scientist (Directeur de Recherche) in sustainability science at the French National Research Institute for Sustainable Development, and deputy director of the International Joint Research Unit “Sustainability and Resilience” (UNI SOURCE). Dezecache works on projects related to the use of behavioral science to promote disaster preparedness, the social climate of societies affected by pressures on basic resources, and lay representations of social behavior and their role in public policy. He has published widely, including in outlets such as Sustainability Science, PLOS one, Nature Communications, Journal of Neuroscience, and British Journal of Psychology.
