The Director organises academic activities/events; selects peace fellows; coordinates visits to the center; collaborates with other peace centers; is the primary point of contact with The Rotary Foundation (TRF) and Rotary International (RI); and provides academic advice to peace fellows.

Center Coordinator: Liana Lopes, rotarypeace@pcr.uu.se
The Center Coordinator is the peace fellows’ main contact person once they have arrived in Uppsala. She also handles all practical arrangements concerning center events and visits; holds presentations about URPC at Rotary clubs and elsewhere; informs fellows about AFEs (Applied Field Experience); and maintains the center’s website, facebook page, and email.

Master's Programme Coordinator: Liana Lopes, liana.lopes@pcr.uu.se
The Master's Programme coordinator handles all matters related to the fellows’ application and admission to Uppsala University. She is also the TRF/RI contact for issues related to the fellows’ tuition fees, residence permits, insurance and housing via Housing Office/University; and any other issues pertaining to international students in general or master students in general.

Host Area Coordinator (HAC): Bengt-Erik Jansson janssonbengterik@gmail.com
Bengt-Erik Jansson serves as the Host Area Coordinator for the Uppsala Rotary Peace Center. As Host Area Coordinator he is the primary contact between the host area Rotarians, the Rotary Peace Fellows, and the Peace Center host University. Among several tasks, he works with the Rotary Foundation to promote the Rotary Peace Centers program, encourages local clubs and districts to participate in events organised at the peace center and appoints host councillors for each fellow.

Advisory Board
The Uppsala Rotary Peace Center has an advisory board, which convenes quarterly. The advisory board has two representatives from each class of fellows and is also represented by the director, coordinator, the Host Area Coordinator, and a University representative. The Rotary Foundation asks each Rotary Peace Center to form an advisory board. The board discusses matters related to the daily work and planning of center activities.
