Research Units
The Department centers its research on three areas, namely Drug Delivery, Rational Drug Usage and Design and Analysis of Clinical Trials. The research is developed by a series of research groups, some of international prominence. The research groups represent a unique cluster of academic competences in Sweden and Department of Pharmacy has thus a key role in the development of the pharmacy discipline in Sweden. Research Projects
Are you interested in becoming a PhD Candidate?
Being a doctoral (third-cycle) student involves both studies and thesis work. The studies can be, for example, courses, seminars, conferences or literature studies. In your thesis work, you will:
- Plan research projects
- Design experiments or data collections
- Collect data
- Process and interpret data
- Summarise results and discussions in different types of publications and presentations
Finally, you will present your work in a licentiate or doctoral thesis.
