DIMFI

The DIMFI abbreviation stands for DIMensional Fidelity, but the study has a longer official title: "Multidimensional Profiles of Neuropsychiatric Biomarkers from Eye Movement Measurements" (ethics application Dnr 2024-00648-01, approved). We use eye movement measurements and questionnaires to assess various biological processes that may be related to different types of psychiatric conditions and mental health. The main aim is to link neuropsychological eye metrics to psychiatric conditions such as autism, ADHD, anxiety and depression using a transdiagnostic approach, so even though we are interested in the binary DSM5 diagnostic categories, we are using the Research Domain Criteria (RDoC) framework as our foundation to extract relevant biomarkers.
